Day 3 Morning yoga, Snorkeling and swimming on a paradise beach and sunset meditation-
Day 4 Visit of the SACRED SOURCES OF TIRTA EMPUL: TEMPLE OF PURIFICATION - Massages
Day 5 Excursion to Batur Volcano. Sunrise at the top
Day 6 Morning yoga, Kecak show, visit to Ubud; Evening Kirtan with Jeremy Kano
Day 7 Departure

For participants who wish to arrive before and join me on the Bali spirit festival, I can indicate accommodation on site. Special rates for festival goers.
No need for yoga level, or other knowledge. We are all here to learn, visit and have fun together! and it's the perfect time and place for this season. We will arrive here to clear our minds and leave filled with new things and wonderful memories

Yoga
Yoga classes will be taught each morning before breakfast and sometimes at sunset by Blanche. It will be Zenthai for Yoga classes.
This retreat is the perfect time to ask all your questions that you don't have time to ask during group lessons. We will practice dynamic yoga and gentle- restorative yoga, pranayama, meditation
Excursion:
Visits will be daily and organized in a way to be able to have an overview of Bali and its culture in a few days.
Accommodation:
Wherever you choose to go, the accommodations are all more beautiful than the others! The Balinese have the art of having decorated themselves and taking care of the smallest detail

Blanche has been passionate about Yoga and travelling for 20 years.
Yoga teacher and masseuse, she will bring you to the best of your potential during this stay.
She has attended many Yoga retreats and retreats in France and abroad for a long time.
You will feel in absolute confidence and will leave with many tools easy to adapt to your daily life.
