No need for yoga level, or other knowledge. We are all here to learn, visit and have fun together! and it's the perfect place and time for this season. We will arrive here to clear our minds and leave filled with new things and wonderful memories

Yoga
Yoga classes will be taught every morning before breakfast and sometimes at sunset by Blanche. These will be Zenthai flow Yoga classes.
This retreat is the perfect time to ask all your questions that you don't have time to ask during group classes.
We will practice dynamic yoga and gentle-restorative yoga , pranayama, meditation

Visit:
The visits will be daily and organized in such a way as to be able to have an overview of Bali and its culture in a few days.
